Catco Control provides a solution for managing a catalytic heater based on conditions, rather than manual operation. When integrated with energy and utility companies’ data-acquisition systems it supports remote monitoring and operation to prevent downtime in critical infrastructure.
Our system combines a catalytic heater with an embedded thermostatic controller inside a weatherproof housing. The housing is mounted to a terminal block enclosure that contains power and communication connections.
The control system allows users to independently control a catalytic heater based on either fluid or ambient temperature, with full control of all parameters.
Catco Status allows operators to remotely monitor whether equipment heaters are operating. This provides reliable assurance during adverse weather conditions, when direct inspection of heaters is inconvenient or impossible - but when it matters most.
Catco Status is a temperature sensor that can be added to an enclosure or gas heater, connected to a power supply and controller unit. Users can connect to their site automation for real-time status of their catalytic heaters.
